These Terms and Conditions (“the Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“You”, “the Player”) and Rootz Ltd (“the Company”, “We”, “Us”). Eligibility and Registration

To be eligible to open an Account and use our services, you must comply with the following:

  • You are permitted to open and operate only one Account. If we discover that you have opened multiple accounts, we reserve the right to close all of them, void any bets, and deduct an administrative fee.

  • Only one Account is permitted per household, IP address, and computer device. If you share any of these with another user, you must inform us.

Account Security and Use

  • You must keep your login details (username and password) confidential. You are fully liable for any activity on your Account, and we are not responsible for any losses incurred due to unauthorised access.
  • Your Account is for personal, non-professional use only. You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account.
  • The transfer of funds between player accounts and the sale or acquisition of accounts are strictly prohibited.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

We are legally required to carry out verification procedures to confirm your identity and the legality of the funds used.

  • We reserve the right to perform background and identity checks at any time. This may include requesting copies of your passport, driver’s licence, utility bills, or proof of income.
  • Your Account may be suspended or closed if you provide false information or fail to provide the requested documentation.
  • If verification checks reveal you are underage, your Account will be closed, all deposits may be returned, and all winnings will be forfeited.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions are processed securely. This section outlines the rules governing the deposit of funds into your Account and the withdrawal of your winnings. By transacting with us, you agree to these terms.

Deposits

To participate in real money Games, you must deposit funds into your Account.

  • You may only use financial instruments (such as credit cards or e-wallets) that are valid and legally belong to you.
  • We accept payments in Euros (EUR). If you deposit in another currency, such as NZD, your funds will be converted to EUR by your payment provider or us. You are responsible for any currency exchange costs.
  • Deposited funds must be used for gameplay. We reserve the right to apply fees or close your account if we suspect deposit and withdrawal activity is occurring without a commensurate level of gaming.
  • It is unlawful to deposit money from ill-gotten means. We perform checks on all transactions to prevent money laundering.

Withdrawals

You can request a withdrawal of any real money balance in your Account at any time.

  • Withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the deposit whenever possible. All withdrawals are paid out to the registered Account holder only.
  • We aim to approve or deny withdrawal requests within 3 days. The time it takes for you to receive the funds may vary depending on the payment method.
  • We will perform additional verification procedures for any withdrawal exceeding the equivalent of 2,000 EUR or for cumulative transactions exceeding this amount.
  • If funds are mistakenly credited to your Account, they remain our property. We reserve the right to void any transactions involving such funds and will reclaim the amount.
  • If you win over 50,000 EUR, we reserve the right to pay the amount in instalments.

Prohibited Activities and Account Closure

To maintain the integrity of our services and protect our players, we strictly prohibit fraudulent, illegal, and unfair activities. Any breach of these rules will result in immediate action, including account closure and the confiscation of funds. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen credit cards, creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses, or any other act of deception.
  • Collusion and Cheating: Working with other players to gain an unfair advantage or using software-assisted methods, artificial intelligence, or bots.
  • VPN Use: Using a VPN or other tools to disguise your location or circumvent jurisdictional restrictions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account, void any bets, and withhold any funds if we have reasonable grounds to suspect you have engaged in any prohibited activity.

Complaints and Dispute Resolution

We aim to provide a high-quality service, but if you have a complaint, please follow our resolution procedure. This process is designed to ensure your concerns are addressed fairly and efficiently.

  1. Contact Customer Support: In the first instance, please contact our Customer Support team with the details of your complaint. We will endeavour to resolve the issue promptly.
  2. Internal Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, the matter will be escalated to our management team for a final decision. We aim to communicate the outcome of any complaint within 10 days.
  3. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR): If you remain unsatisfied, you can refer your complaint to our designated ADR provider, eCOGRA. This is an independent service that will adjudicate the dispute.
